First sketchbook sketch of the year. Also, this is the first sketch in my new sketchbook for the new year. It’s an illustration about rash actions. Like saying things you regret almost instantly after you say it or while you’re saying it. The things we do without thought of the consequences.

Anyway, I know it’s late but, I wish you all a happy new year! And I’m terribly sorry for not posting any new Pokemans. I haven’t been able to find time to get back on it. I’ve been busy with a project that I’m dying to show everyone but I can’t. Won’t be done till next month so I won’t be able to show any of it till February prolly. 

But I did find time to do this quickie while I was out of the house a few hours ago with the family. And I thought I’d add this to my Society6 anyway. So if you want to buy this as a print, CLICK HERE PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

I’ll see you guys later. School starts tomorrow for me and I’m scrambling to finish some jobs before uni avalanches me with requirements. It’s currently past 1 AM where I am and now I go back to work.

I was thinking about writing a quick story concerning a zombie apocalypse in a boarding school. But it probably won’t materialize. Anyway, have a doodle of a bitten kid.

Faun Boy

I’ve nothing good to post at the moment. I’ve been terribly busy with studies and a couple of projects so it’s been difficult for me to find the time to make personal art for this blog. But I did doodle this wanderlust faun boy for you today, Tumblr. Because I love you. Smooches.

I hope that smooch was slobbery enough for you. I know how you like it, Tumblr. Wet and wild. Haha! Like a water-slide on your face. I’m not making any sense! Hooray!

Anyway, I hope to post more polished work soon-ish. But for now, have a doodle and a bit of silliness.

Also, Gravity Falls episode 6, how great was that episode? It was mantastic!

edit: Originally it was entitled, “Centaur Boy” but I remembered that centaurs are the half-horse half man beasties. That boy is a faun, like Pan.

I figured I’d post this before the Halloween season is officially over. This is actually pretty old and unfinished. I had just recently stumbled upon it again in the nether regions of my harddrive. This drawring is probably over a year old.

Preliminary lines for a new piece, which I now realize I only have like 3 days to finish. Blarg.

Working title for this at the moment is either “Poison Apple” or “Snow White.” Yep, this is supposed to be about Snow White. I’ve been re-reading Fables ok. But this Snow White has no connection to Fables Snow White. Just so you know.

Dunno why but my recent concepts have been leaning towards the dainty side, which is quite eminent with this new idea. But whatever. I’ll just do something massively macho next to compensate. Or something dorky. Probably something dorky. Nerd-culture forever!!!

Ocean Coagle (The Sailor’s Skull)

Part of my sketchbook project. I realize that the words are kinda hard to read. I have really crap handwriting. But these pages are only ideas that I come up with in the spur of the moment. They’re not supposed to be refined or else I’d feel restricted and my imagination won’t flow too well.

It’s just an idea book.

This is the third drawing I finished today. Gonna draw some more soon. I’m gonna fill that book completely!

Northern Barkwince Mountain Troll

I started another sketchbook project yesterday. I bought a tiny leather-bound sketch book which is hell a lot cheaper than Moleskine but is nearly as good.

Basically, I’m gonna fill it up with creatures and character ideas and try to write about each drawing. It’s gonna be a drawing/conceptualization/writing exercise.

I did 3 ideas today. Here’s one of em.
